Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your JiuHub account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to make that request, without needing to delete your account from within the App.
1. How to Request Deletion
Send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your JiuHub account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:
- The email address or username registered on your account.
- The name of the academy/hub you belong to, if applicable (helps us locate your account faster).

We verify each request against the account on file before processing it, to prevent someone else from deleting your account on your behalf.
2. What Gets Deleted
Once your request is verified, we delete or anonymize the following within 30 days:

| Graduation certificates already issued and shared publicly | Retained (see below) |
| Records required by law (e.g., billing/legal obligations, if any) | Retained as required |
Graduation certificates that have already been issued and shared with a public verification link are kept so third parties (e.g., another academy) can continue to verify their authenticity — your name and belt information on an issued certificate is not removed, but it is disconnected from any other account activity. You may separately request certificate revocation by contacting your academy administrator.
3. Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
